After you register, don’t forget to make your hotel reservations at The Benson Hotel. Please contact the hotel by emailing reservations@bensonhotel.com. You should identify yourself as a WASFAA Conference attendee to get the $125 per night rate. A deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night will be required at the time of making the reservations. You will need to include a telephone number for the hotel to contact you for your credit card information. Reservations need to be made no later than March 22nd. Please note: WASFAA room reservations are only processed by emailing the hotel.
Update: The conference room rate of $125 per night ended 21st (per contract 30 days prior to start of conference which is April 21st). Anyone calling in starting today will be told the best rate at which the hotel can offer.
The Benson Hotel Credit Card Authorization can be faxed if you do not want to call in to the hotel. The Credit Card Authorization Form should not be faxed to the hotel until after the reservation is made and confirmed. The Benson Hotel Fax number is 503-471-3920.
