Ready for the Next Step? Apply as a Mentee!

Are you looking to grow in your career? Recently stepped into a new director or leadership role? Thinking about becoming more involved in your state or regional association? RHS LDP is the perfect opportunity to invest in yourself.

Through interactive leadership training, collaborative group projects, and a yearlong one-on-one mentoring relationship, you'll gain practical skills, build lasting connections, and develop the confidence to lead at your institution, within your state association, across WASFAA, and throughout higher education.

Ready to Give Back? Apply as a Mentor!

Have leadership experience and a passion for helping others succeed? Consider becoming a mentor! Share your knowledge, encourage an emerging leader, and continue growing your own leadership skills through this rewarding experience.

A Premier Leadership Experience

For the 2026–2027 program year, RHS LDP will continue its successful partnership with WASFAA's Sister Dale Brown Summer Institute (SDBSI). Mentors and mentees will work together to help plan and deliver this outstanding training event, gaining hands-on leadership experience while making a meaningful impact on the financial aid profession.

Whether you're seeking guidance for your next career move or ready to help someone else reach theirs, RHS LDP is the place to grow, connect, and lead. We can't wait to welcome the next cohort!
