“NASFAA's award-winning Diversity Leadership Program (DLP) aims to advance the careers of individuals from marginalized and underrepresented groups in the association and create a strong and diverse pipeline for association leadership. Now in its third year, the DLP is seeking six new participants to receive a robust portfolio of benefits, mentorship, and guidance to aid in their development as financial aid association leaders at the state, regional, and national levels.
