The 2020 WASFAA Conference: A Statement on COVID-19

While WASFAA evaluates the daily changing environment related to COVID-19, we understand that several of our WASFAA family have had restrictions placed on travel, etc.  Our current cancellation policy is 100% refund for event cancellations 21 calendar days prior to the event.  After 21 days, Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.  The Conference Committee and WASFAA Leadership are currently meeting on a weekly basis, and as we have more information we will share with the membership.  Please contact conference@wasfaa.org with any questions.
