WASFAA Annual Conference:

(NOTE: does not include WASFAA Conference registration)

WASFAA appreciates your participation in our Annual Conference!  Deadline for Booth space reservation is March 30th, thank you!

Sponsorship by Vendors is much appreciated!  This year you'll be offered an opportunity to sponsor an event at the conference!  The following is offered on a first-come basis for sponsorship, attendance will be open for all attendees of the WASFAA conference.  An announcement of the sponsorship vendor and signage at the event will be made.

  3. Continental Breakfast on Monday - $1,500
  4. Plated Lunch on Monday  - $1,500
  5. Break on Monday - $1000

  8. 6 Premium booths $1,500 each; Regular booths $1,350

Cancellation and Refund Policy: The conference Exhibitor cancellation deadline is March 10. Refunds will be processed automatically for cancellations by this deadline. All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please include the name of the participant who is canceling, the reason for the request and the address to which a refund check should be mailed. Newsletter Ads:

Newsletter ads are a great way to advertise your produces and services, and the newsletter will be published electronically on a monthly basis.

Ad Dimensions and Cost for Three Months:
Dimensions   Cost
Full page - 7 ½” x 10”   $500
Half page - 7 ½” x 4 ¾” (horizontal only)   $250
Quarter page - 3 ½” x 4 ¾”   $100

Deadlines for submission of ads are due on the 20th of each month.


The preferred format for advertising should be in a PDF, JPEG or PNG file. Please make sure all embed fonts and graphics are distilled in the PDF at a high resolution recommended for digital output.

Adobe InDesign or QuarkXpres may be acceptable.  All text and graphics using process CMYK and place all graphics at 100% or smaller. After placing each graphic in the document, please do not change the graphics name. Include all linked graphics and supporting files (fonts and/or eps files, logo files, etc).

NOTE: Do not embed images into the document. Place them as links to avoid large file issues.

Blog Advertising:

If you are an industry partner and would like to write an article related to financial aid and include information on your product or service, than this is your opportunity to advertise it in the WASFAA Blog. Blog articles should be no more than 2500 words. 
NOTE: Do not embed images into the document. Place them as links to avoid large file issues.

The cost is $200 per article and will be posted for 3 months in the WASFAA Blog

Online Banner Advertisement: Ad Dimensions and Cost:

Ads can be animated or static. If animated, the rotation time is set at 15 seconds. A maximum of 4 ads per vendor, with a maximum of 40 ads total will appear. Rotations will appear from January 1 through Dec 31 for submissions received prior to December 15th. Ads thereafter will begin rotation as soon as possible after its receipt. Ads and payment should be submitted to Sun Ow - sow@glhec.org  at your earliest convenience.
