CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
The last day to cancel and request a refund is Monday, October 21, 2019 close of business PDT. No refund
requests will be honored after this date.
100% refund for event cancellations 23 calendar days before event. After 23 calendar days there is no refund. Exceptions may be made in writing and must be approved by the Fiscal Planning committee. Unpaid invoices 30 calendar days prior to event must be confirmed or the registration will be cancelled.
The Institute fee includes the cost of two nights' (Nov.13th, & 14th.) single room, materials and the following meals: Wednesday- snack; Thursday- breakfast, lunch, break, reception; Friday- breakfast.
WASFAA member, single $960 for resident
WASFAA member, commuter $590

The Institute dress style will be business casual. Hotel meeting rooms can be cool, so we suggest dressing in layers in
order to be comfortable.
