CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
The last day to cancel and request a refund is Tuesday, October 7, 2017 close of business PDT. No refund
requests will be honored after this date.
100% refund for event cancellations 21 calendar days before event. After 21 calendar days there is no refund. Exceptions may be made in writing and must be approved by the Fiscal Planning committee. Unpaid invoices 30 calendar days prior to event must be confirmed or the registration will be cancelled.
The Institute fee includes the cost of two nights' (Nov.7th, & 8th.) single room, materials and the following meals: Tuesday - lunch, break, Wednesday- breakfast, snack, lunch, break, reception Thursday- breakfast, break.

Non WASFAA member, resident $910, includes $50 membership fee

HOTEL ROOM INFORMATION RESERVATION/COSTS:
Hotel reservations are easy – just register for MLI and we’ll take care of it!
Hotel Accommodations are included for on-site conference attendees for Nov. 7th. & 8th. Attendees will need valid credit card to cover hotel incidentals. Attendees are responsible for any nights before and after Nov. 7th. & 8th. Attendees will have the conference rate of $159 two days before and two days after the conference.
The hotel provides the following amenities: complimentary coffee and newspapers in the lobby, complimentary wireless high speed internet in all guest rooms/suites, lobby and Palm Court Restaurant. Also available is an exercise room, business center and valet or self parking. Valet parking is Available 24 hours per day $40 USD for overnight - 4:00p.m. next day.

For booking a flight, the conference begins at noon on November 7th. and ends at noon on November 9th. There is light rail from the Portland International Airport to downtown Portland for $2.50. Get off at Pioneer Square and the Benson is just a 4-minute walk. You can also take the USD Blue Star Airport Shuttle for $14.00 or a taxi for approximately $35 USD.
The Institute dress style will be business casual. Hotel meeting rooms can be cool, so we suggest dressing in layers in
order to be comfortable. Portland in November means it might rain, so pack accordingly.
